Frankie, Happy Birthday!

Woke up around 9am.  No one else was up.  I took a shower, got ready to go and wrote a note to Tommy and Keith to say bye.

9:40 and I'm on my way

9:55 and I finally figured out how to get on the highway.  I took Route 5 up to L.A.

11:40 and I'm on Rte 10 West

11:50 and I'm on the 405 North

12:15 and I'm here in L.A.  My uncle has a great apartment right on Wilshire.  It's a cool neighborhood and Shaq even lives in the next complex.  After hanging for a little bit, I get to go have lunch with my cousins, Arash and Afsaneh and their dad, my uncle Khosrow.  We went to a really nice Indian restaurant in Brentwood (Yes, the famous town of Brentwood that got all the attention in the O.J. trial)

4pm and Afsy and I head off to see my aunt, uncle and cousin in the valley.  It's so nice up there and much hotter.  I update yesterday's website and try to figure out what my plans are.

7pm  After putzing around online for a couple of hours while everyone sleeps, everyone finally wakes and it's time for dinner.  We BBQ'ed and dinner comprised of my aunt, uncle, my cousin negar and her friend dana.  We ate, talked and hung for a little while, but everyone has jobs and everyone either left or went to sleep.  I tried to watch the U.S. v. Mexico match, but alas, no cable in this home.  

I ended up watching some outer limits tv show on some channel I picked up with an antenna and finally gave up and went to sleep.
